Transport providers worldwide use the Google-developed General Transit Feed Specification in Real-Time (GTFS-RT) to share real-time transit information, both for their own apps and for public access.

Our GTFS-RT integration brings this data directly from your local transport provider into Home Assistant, allowing you to access live transit updates seamlessly within your smart home system. The data can be displayed as text or on a map and also used to trigger alerts and automations.
